Ummm, what?

According to The New York Times this morning...

"Bush Says Success Allows Gradual Troop Cuts" adding, "President Bush called for an 'enduring relationship' with Iraq in his speech last night.

Now, I didn't watch the speech. I also don't read the paper everyday but I am pretty sure "success" ain't a word that should be applied anywhere. And what kind of "enduring relationship" would this be like? Ike and Tina's?? Jerkwad.
