Then again, if the sharks can't live in the water off the coast of Queens, why should we swim in it?? That shark beached itself rather than stay there!! I did go to Rockaway Beach once (almost 10 years ago now) and after tiptoe-ing around used diapers and chicken wing bones- we called it a day! Clearly though, Dot has other questions as to the what the hells of it all..... "A tornado hit Brooklyn, there's floods in Queens, and now all of a sudden there's sharks in Rockaway. It's very odd," said beachgoer Dot Di Lorenzos! It was a thresher shark, by the way. They are terribly passive. You know, if any shark truly is passive.

Sure... The day I DON'T go to Rockaway Beach!
Ok, truth be told, I never go to Rockaway Beach. That's why God made the Hamptons. (How "posh" is that statement?) Anyway, a shark was seen swimming yesterday towards the shore, no less! And then today was found dead on the sands. My heart goes out to the shark's family.
