So, Readers of my fine Blog... I have a question! Let's say you have a job. Let's say that every year at said job, you get a Christmas Bonus. You get some gifties but the main gift is cash. Let's say that every year the bonus/gifts increase as per your role. Now... imagine that last year, there was gifts and late cash bonus. And that this year? Gifts? Yes. Bonus? No.
In this tale, you know your boss well and know that he can't hold a thought to save his life most of the time (you blame the money fumes) so..... Do you A) let it go. B) email your boss to question if your performance was lacking this year and thus no bonus- which will either make him realize he forgot or will have pushed the envelope far enough to not get one. or C) have your cousin Randy kidnap him and let him know that what he did was wrong.
It is in your hands. Please to answer.

Ooooh, tough one. Can't you google this one? There's got to be a Miss Manners answer for it. Probably the thing to do is not ask him, cause of the whole gift is a gift thing, but man, I likes me some bonus. Maybe get really passive aggressive and thank him a million times for the gifties. If he doesn't pick up on that, maybe express how grateful you are that the two of you have passed the point where you feel you need to do things for each other like oh, say, Christmas FREAKIN BONUSES!!! Hmmm, let me know what you decide to do. Force be witcha, sista.
