....and so as I walked to therapy today (where I continued my list of things I hate), De La Vega had done a sneak attack and art-ed up some trash! Thus, our message today comes from the back of an abandoned mattress and a burnt out TV screen!

When even the trash is sending out positive messages, I guess I should listen...

A Query...

So, Readers of my fine Blog... I have a question! Let's say you have a job. Let's say that every year at said job, you get a Christmas Bonus. You get some gifties but the main gift is cash. Let's say that every year the bonus/gifts increase as per your role. Now... imagine that last year, there was gifts and late cash bonus. And that this year? Gifts? Yes. Bonus? No.
In this tale, you know your boss well and know that he can't hold a thought to save his life most of the time (you blame the money fumes) so..... Do you A) let it go. B) email your boss to question if your performance was lacking this year and thus no bonus- which will either make him realize he forgot or will have pushed the envelope far enough to not get one. or C) have your cousin Randy kidnap him and let him know that what he did was wrong.

I am so doing this!! Hope Matt is ok with this but I am dead set on getting a 5'4" cake that looks like me! Chidi Ogbuta of Allen, Texas fulfilled her childhood dream and inspired my grown up one! I heard this story from Katie (Kerry's mom) at Jake's birthday today and I thought to myself- "why would she lie like this?". And then, feeling bad about internally calling Katie a liar, I figured the cake would be a small replica of the bride... UMMM, NO!! Life size! Did the groom not want a cake? In Texas, they do "groom's cakes". I saw it at Anne & Clinton's wedding... so why no Groom Sized cake?? Maybe his childhood dream was to cut up his wife....

This is exactly the right way to kick off a good and stable marriage!

Peoples... many moons late, I have hitched my wagon to the cable generation and I have found some wonderful things! The Janice Dickenson Modeling Agency! Project Runway! As much BBC America as a girl can take! Amen!


But hands down, my favorite thing right now is How To Look Good Naked! What a wonderful show! Real women learning to love their bodies AS THEY ARE!!! What a crazy notion! How will the billion dollar diet industry cope?? Seriously, watch it! I have never loved Carson more! (well, I am not sure that I ever actually loved Carson but I do now!) They have women join a line up of other women where they believe they "fit"... NO ONE has got it right! In fact everyone puts themselves WAY to the big end of where they actually are!! Perception is such a bitch and it is amazing how many of us are cozy-ing up to her! BRAVO!!!! I know what you're thinking... But Jenn, you go onstage next to naked all the time! Well, despite my many turns on the stage in less than a full costume, I just made Perception a cup of cocoa and got her a sleep mask! WATCH IT!! The naked truth is, we look as good as we want to! Even if you lose 50lbs, if that Bitch is your bed buddy, it ain't gonna matter! I might work on that.... Until I get it, I am DVRing every episode!! Love, love, love!

Introducing...

Baby William!

Mark and Hanna made another amazing little sweet pea! He is tiny and perfect and was very sleepy today but thankfully, Abby kept us on our toes! She is the only not even two year old I know who speaks in sentences long enough to require commas! Soon she will be reading William the Rhinoceros book I got for him instead of just showing it to him!

Once again, you two have made me so proud to call you friends... I am simply bursting with joy!
