...I just spent $27.95 to Express Mail the papers that are the official Beginning of the End of my Mirage. They have to issue something still but these papers beget that one and then it is 6 weeks and one day 'til the official end.
I am celebrating with Haagen Dazs' Limited Edition flavor- Peppermint Bark. I suggest you also raise a spoon of this shit because it is GOOD!
And darlings, we are worth it!

i thought about this ice cream all day after reading this post.
then i thought about where i'd find said ice cream on my way home, so i went to the largest supermarket to make sure i wasn't disappointed.
i wasn't disappointed.
i bought 3 pints of this magic, two pints of some other crap and some whole grain waffles.
i put a serving size of the peppermint bark in a dish and quickly refilled it. i'm now a serving size away from eating the entire pint. this may be one of the best ice creams i've ever had.
i have lost control.
