After much hemming and hawing (and not wanting to dig a hole) I decided enough was enough. This view from my patio table sucks! Sure, the pup is cute but the rest of it? LAME-O!
And so, I bought a tree!!
(When I say "I", I mean "my landlords, the dirty tree chopping authorizers")
It's an ornamental plum- named for the leaf/blossom color not that fact that I will soon be a plum farmer! Not that I don't like plums but seeing as I (again with the "I") paid someone to plant said ornamental... it's the farming part of plum farmer that gets me!
Clearly, someone else is happy we have a new tree!
