....and so as I walked to therapy today (where I continued my list of things I hate), De La Vega had done a sneak attack and art-ed up some trash! Thus, our message today comes from the back of an abandoned mattress and a burnt out TV screen! When even the trash is sending out positive messages, I guess I should listen...
