You can only get the rolls in Buffalo (a kimmelweck roll is like a kaiser roll but saltier and then it has coarse salt and caraway seeds on top) but my Mom has had Wegmans make some for her and said to tell you that she was sure your local supermarket would do it for you! Then slap some roast beef and a bit of horseradish on there, a little au jus and FRIGGIN HEAVEN!
